Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original luxury box, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Our Atelier

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
